Not only do we take care of your needs by providing new and used equipment for purchase at affordable prices, and work with your insurance to cover costs, we also have a full service and repair department that can maintain your equipment for you! We can operate under the parameters of your existing warranty and work with the manufacturer and your insurance provider to save you as much money as possible, and will even come out to your home when you can’t bring the equipment to us. Our service rates are straightforward and extremely affordable, and we stay closely in contact with you during every step of the service process.
Delivery
Do you struggle with limited mobility outside of the home and need us to bring your equipment to you? No problem! For a small additional fee we can deliver any piece of equipment anywhere within a 50 mile radius of our location. We may be able to travel longer distances for a higher fee, call us to discuss details.
Service
Many pieces of durable medical equipment require basic service and maintenance regularly. Whether your scooter needs new batteries or you need the tires adjusted on your wheelchair, we’re happy to offer whatever regular service your equipment needs at reasonable rates, so you don’t have to break the bank to keep your equipment up and running.
Repair
Are your batteries charged, but the power wheelchair just won’t come on? Is one side of your hospital bed not lifting like it should? We can come out and assess the damage, provide quotes for the necessary parts, work through warranties to help cover cost, and offer replacements if the equipment is beyond repair.
